Our policy is that you may return or exchange an item, given that it is unused, excluding any shipping charge (even if it was originally free shipping), within a period of fourteen (14) days after delivery.
Prior to returning any item, YOU MUST email or call Customer Service at 718-436-2866 for pre-approval and obtain an RMA number.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER.
